Removing our app from Instagram

In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Ninecast. Instagram tells us, and we delete your connection and its access tokens straight away — you do not need to contact us as well.

Deleting everything else

Removing the app deletes your social connection. To delete your planner as well — your mirrored posts, images and videos, and your Notion connection — email support@systemmagicstudio.com with the subject Delete my data from the address on your receipt, or send us your planner link.

We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30. Backups are overwritten on a rolling 35-day cycle, so a copy can persist in an encrypted backup for up to 35 days after that — it is not accessible to anyone in normal operation.

What is not deleted

Posts that have already been published are on your own social accounts, not ours. Deleting your data here does not remove them — delete those from Instagram directly.

We keep a record that a deletion happened, with its confirmation code and date. It contains no personal data and exists so both of us can evidence the request later.
