Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
Who you are contracting with
Ninecast is operated by System Magic Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17459005, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at support@getninecast.com. By using Ninecast you agree to these terms; if you do not, please do not use the service.
What the service does
We read a Notion database or an Airtable base that you choose, render its rows as a grid you can embed, and — where you have linked an account and asked us to — publish those rows to social platforms on the dates you set. After a post is published we can write its link and its performance figures back into the columns you mapped.
Instagram publishing is live today. Support for other platforms is planned and not promised; nothing in these terms commits us to a date.
Your account and your planner link
- You must be 18 or over, and if you use this for a business, you must be authorised to.
- You are responsible for what is published from the accounts you link.
- Your planner link is a credential. Anyone who has it can view that planner and connect accounts to it, so treat it like a password and rotate it if it leaks.
- You must own, or have the right to publish, every image, video and caption you schedule.
Trial, payment and price
New accounts get 30 days free, with no card. A trial does not become a paid subscription on its own: when it ends, the account moves to the free plan, where the grid keeps working and publishing includes 2 posts, until you choose a plan. Prices are shown on the pricing section in US dollars and, if tax applies where you are, it is shown at checkout before you pay. We sell the subscription to you, and Stripe processes the payment for us; your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Fees are charged in advance, and Stripe emails a receipt for each payment.
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price only applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling, and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are a consumer you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Both, and the cases where we refund beyond them, are set out in full on the Refunds and Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.
Publishing, and its limits
Publishing depends on Instagram and the other platforms, and on their continued approval of this application. We cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted, that a platform will stay available, or that a platform will not change its rules. We check your posts against each platform’s published requirements before sending and tell you what would be rejected, but the final decision is theirs.
We will never publish anything you have not scheduled or explicitly asked us to send.
The platforms’ own terms
Connecting Notion, Airtable or a social account means you are also bound by that company’s terms, and we act only within the permissions you grant us there. You can withdraw those permissions at any time in their settings, without asking us. Doing so stops us publishing for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, to infringe anyone’s copyright, to impersonate anyone, to spam, or in breach of the terms of a platform you connect. We may suspend or end an account that does, and will tell you why where we are allowed to.
Who owns what
Your content stays yours. It lives in your own Notion database or Airtable base, and we hold copies only so that we can show and publish it. We do not claim any licence to it beyond what running the service requires, and we do not use it to train anything. The software, the name and the site are ours.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We depend on Notion, Airtable, the social platforms and our infrastructure providers, any of which can fail. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including, if you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, lost business, or a post going out late or not at all.
Ending it
You may stop at any time by cancelling and asking us to delete your account. We may end an account that breaches these terms. On deletion we remove your planners, mirrored media and connection records as described in the Privacy Policy; what is in your own Notion or Airtable is untouched.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them; if you do not, cancel.
Law, and where a dispute is heard
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company, and will tell you if we do; you may end the agreement if that happens.
Complaints
Email support@getninecast.com and describe the problem. We answer within two working days. If we cannot resolve it, a UK consumer can contact Citizens Advice, who may refer the matter to Trading Standards.
