About Ninecast

Who makes Ninecast

Ninecast is made by System Magic Studio Ltd, a small independent company registered in London. It exists because planning content in one place and publishing it from another is the same job done twice, and nothing was fixing the join.

Why it exists

Almost everyone planning social media already has a content calendar they like. It is in Notion, or Airtable, with the captions and the dates and the images and the approvals, and it works. Then publishing happens somewhere else entirely — a scheduler with its own calendar, which has to be kept in step with the first one by hand.

So the plan lives in two places, they drift, and the thing that was supposed to save time is a second calendar to maintain. Every tool in this category asks you to move in. This one does not.

If you plan your posts in one place and publish them somewhere else, you do not have a content calendar. You have the same job, twice.

What it deliberately does not do

  • It does not ask you to migrate. It reads the database you already built, whatever your columns are called.
  • It does not write your captions. There is no AI generating content here. What is in the row is what publishes.
  • It does not claim platforms it cannot publish to. It posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, and every platform it names is one you can connect today.
  • It does not sell or train on your data. The subscription is what pays for it.

How to reach us

support@getninecast.com, and a person answers. If something is broken, saying which step you were on and what the screen said gets you a real answer faster than anything else.

The setup guide covers the whole product in order, every setting is explained here, and there is a free crop checker that needs no account at all.

Questions that follow

Who makes Ninecast?

Ninecast is made by System Magic Studio Ltd, a company registered in London at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. It is a small independent product, not part of a larger group, and it is not venture funded.

How is Ninecast paid for?

The grid preview is free, forever, and publishing is by subscription, from $15 a month. The free plan is not paid for by advertising or by your data -- the paid plans pay for it. Customers paying for publishing is the whole business model.

What happens to my Notion or Airtable data?

Ninecast reads the database you point it at so it can show the grid and publish the posts, and stores what it needs to do that. It is never sold, never used to train anything, and never shared with anyone but the platform a post is published to. Access tokens are encrypted. You can delete everything at any time.

Which platforms does it publish to?

Several — it is multi-platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, with Canva designs usable as the artwork. Any tool claiming a dozen platforms is worth checking against what actually works.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, with no card. If it is not for you, do nothing and it ends by itself.

How do I get help?

Write to support@getninecast.com. Replies come from a person, usually the one who wrote the thing you are asking about.
