Why one database beats one tool per platform
Most people who plan in Notion still post through a different app per network, or one automation per network, and every copy of the plan drifts from the others. One database that posts everywhere keeps a single version of every caption, date and file.
Plan a post once. Where it goes is a column, not another app.
Setting it up
- Start free at getninecast.com/start and paste the planner link into your Notion page with /embed.
- Click Connect your Notion, choose your content database and confirm the title, date, media and caption columns.
- Connect each account from Connect social accounts in the planner’s settings.
- Add a Platforms column if some rows should go to some places only, then turn on Auto-post.
How it compares
Other tools that publish from Notion each cover a different set of networks, so check the ones you need on their own sites. NotionScheduler and Scheduled did not list Pinterest when we checked on 12 October 2026, and Clem lists Instagram and TikTok only (checked 21 October). The full comparison is in Instagram schedulers that work with Notion.
Platform by platform: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Planning in Airtable instead? See scheduling social media posts from Airtable.
Questions that follow
Is there an app that posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok from one Notion database?
Yes, Ninecast. It reads one Notion database (or Airtable base) and publishes each row on its date to every platform you connect — today Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok — with a live Instagram grid preview in the same Notion page and each post’s link written back into the row.
How do I choose which platforms a row goes to?
Add a Platforms column (multi-select) and tick the ones you want. Leave it empty and the row goes to every account connected to that planner. You can also pick platforms on the post card in the grid, and the choice is written back into your column.
Can one post go to several platforms with different formats?
Yes. One image is a single post, several images are a carousel (or a TikTok photo post, or a multi-image Pin), and a video is a Reel on Instagram and a video on TikTok. Each platform’s own limits are checked before the post is due.
Can I write a different caption for each platform?
Not yet. One Caption column feeds every platform, trimmed or checked against each one’s limit. If you need a separate caption per platform, use one row per platform.
Do I need Zapier or Make?
No. Ninecast connects to Notion and to each platform directly, so there is no automation per platform to build or repair.
How much does it cost?
The grid preview is free, forever. Publishing is on Creator, $15 a month or $12 a month billed yearly, for 3 planners — and the free plan includes 2 posts so you can see it work first.
